Ducted Heat Pumps

Whole-Home Heating & Cooling

Ducted Heat Pumps

If your home has a furnace or central air, a ducted heat pump is often the simplest upgrade. It connects to your existing ducts and delivers even heating and cooling to every room from a single system

Ducted Heat Pumps

Comfort in every room, with
one efficient system.

A ducted heat pump is a practical choice for homes with existing vents and ductwork. It can replace an older furnace and air conditioner while keeping the clean, familiar look of a central system.

Even comfort everywhere

Air is delivered through your existing vents to every room.

Lower Energy Bills

Moving heat uses far less energy than creating it by burning fuel.

Quiet operation

Modern variable-speed systems run smoothly and quietly.

Cleaner Air at Home

No combustion inside your house, and better filtration options.

How it works

A ducted heat pump works a lot like the furnace and central AC system you already have, but instead of burning gas to create heat, it moves heat that already exists — pulling warmth from the outside air in winter and pushing heat out of your home in summer.‍

  • Outdoor unit: Sits outside your home, similar in size and placement to a central AC condenser. It pulls heat from (or releases heat into) the outdoor air, depending on the season.
  • ‍Indoor unit: Connects into your existing ductwork, distributing conditioned air evenly throughout the house the same way your current system does.
  • Controls: A smart thermostat lets you manage heating and cooling from one place, with the option to set zones or schedules so different parts of your home stay comfortable on your terms.

Who it’s for

It's a particularly good fit if your furnace or AC is nearing the end of its life (typically 10+ years old), if you've noticed uneven temperatures room to room, if your gas bills have been climbing, or if you're ready to move your home off gas entirely.

Costs

Project costs vary based on your home's size, the condition of your existing ductwork, and the system you choose — which is why every quote starts with an in-person assessment rather than a guess over the phone.

  1. We assess your home and walk you through your options.
  2. We identify which rebates and incentives you likely qualify for.
  3. We handle the paperwork, so you're not stuck chasing it down yourself.
