Room-by-Room Heating & Cooling
Ductless Mini-Splits
Ductless mini-splits pair a compact outdoor unit with one or more slim indoor heads. Each zone has its own controls, so you heat or cool only the spaces you're using.

Comfort where you need it,
with zoned control.
A ductless system is a practical choice for homes without existing vents and ductwork or for rooms your current system doesn't reach. It delivers heating and cooling directly where you need it, without the cost or disruption of installing ducts.
Zoned Comfort
Each room gets its own indoor unit, so you control the temperature exactly where you need it.
Lower Energy Bills
Moving heat uses far less energy than creating it by burning fuel.
Quiet operation
Modern variable-speed systems run smoothly and quietly.
Cleaner Air at Home
No combustion inside your house, and better filtration options.
How it works
A ductless mini-split moves heat instead of burning fuel to create it, like a ducted heat pump, but skips ductwork entirely. One outdoor unit connects to one or more wall-mounted indoor units, each heating or cooling the room it's in — efficient, with no duct losses, and room-by-room control.
- Outdoor unit: Sits outside your home and connects to each indoor unit through a small, discreet line set, pulling heat from (or releasing heat into) the outdoor air depending on the season.
- Indoor unit: Mounted on a wall in the room it serves, quietly delivering heating or cooling directly where you need it, with no ducts in between.
- Controls: Each indoor unit typically comes with its own remote or app control, so every room can be set to its own temperature and schedule.
Who it’s for
Ductless systems are the right fit for homes without existing ductwork — older homes, additions, converted garages, or in-law units — where installing ducts would mean tearing into walls and ceilings. They're also great for targeting a specific problem room without touching the rest of the house. If you're relying on window units or space heaters, ductless is usually the simplest path forward.
Costs
Project costs depend on how many rooms you're conditioning and how many indoor units your home needs, which is why every quote starts with an in-person assessment rather than a guess over the phone.
- We assess your home and walk you through your options.
- We identify which rebates and incentives you likely qualify for.
- We handle the paperwork, so you're not stuck chasing it down yourself.
